All services at MDA Institute are by appointment only. Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Late appointment arrivals of ten minutes or more, may result in the forfeiting of your treatment. If you must cancel your appointment please call our office at 905-614-0853.
